Professional CV 📖
2014 🎓
I graduated in Nuclear Engineering from Lancaster University in 2014. My early career was spent as a recruitment consultant. I went self-employed within 18 months.
2015 🐴
I co-founded My Horse Box, my first start-up. It was an equestrian subscription box which reached £3.5k MRR. We exited in 2016, not a huge amount, but it helped pay for a mortgage deposit.
2016-2019 😬
I tried to scale a boutique recruitment consultancy but it failed, dramatically, as we hit 6 employees.
2020 - 2023 🚀
I Co-founded CAPSLOCK in 2020. We reskilled adults into cyber security professionals, entirely online and with no up-front costs. We raised over £1m in 2021. We scaled to ~Series B, ~30 employees within 30 months.
Now 😇
In 2024, I sold out of my position at CAPSLOCK. The company continues to grow and succeed. In 2026, I enrolled on a profesional coaching course.
